Deep red with purple highlights. Complex nose of black fruits (blackcurrant, blueberry) and more lightly of cedar and spices. On the palate, it is confirmed by its tannic structure and its notes of berries giving way to a long and powerful finish.

Perfect pairing with red mead, dishes in sauce, and soft cheese. Serving Temperature: 15 °C – 17 °C.
