Pale yellow colour, bright and clean. Quite complex aroma highlighting tropical fruit and apple, with oral remindings. Round and lingering in mouth, well balanced.

Any kind of shes and seafood, soft cheese and desserts. Serving temperature: 8 °C – 10 °C.
