The name BACOSOL is built by two very significant words for the world of La Mancha wine. The word BACO for the Roman god of wine. And the word SUN for the importance of the sun in the production of a harvest. The amount of hours of sunshine is important for the ripening of the grapes and our area receives more than 2500 hours of sunshine a year.
