DO Valdepeñas wines, Raíces Reserva and Raíces Crianza win gold and silver medals in Canada
More than 2,160 wines from 33 different countries took part in this contest
The 2020 edition of the Sélections Mondiales des vins Canada contest, held in Quebec, has had the participation of more than 2,160 wines from some thirty countries, which is an extra pride for the brand, given the very high level of competition. In this way, the wines of Bodegas Fernando Castro continue to be a bastion of the work of all the men and women of our land.
In an edition that will be marked in the history of the contest, as its own organizers have indicated, two wines from the Raíces brand have won the glory. On the one hand, Raíces Reserva has won a gold medal with a rating of 89.80 points; while, on the other hand, Raíces Crianza has won a silver medal, obtaining 88.20 points.
