Minimum aging period of 36 months in oak barrels. Dark cherry color with a grenade shine. The aroma has notes of candied fruit and blueberries with woody nobles notes. Balanced flavour with soft tannis.

Any kind of pastas and poultry. Serving Temperature: 14 °C – 16 °C.
