Pale yellow color, bright and clean. Quite complex aroma typical from the grape variety, highlighting tropical fruit and apple, with floral remindings. In the mouth it is balanced and persistent, with balanced acidity resulting in a very fresh wine.

Any kind of seafood, soft cheeses and even desserts. Serving Temperature: 8 °C – 10 °C.
