The technical team at Bodegas Fernando Castro has been acknowledged with 2 medals at the International Competition SAKURA Japan Women’s Wine Award. This international wine competition is widely known throughout Asia, whose jury is exclusively made up of women from the Japanese wine industry. These awards are a reference for the world wine sector, since 4.562 proposals are received from 32 different countries, a true record.
Bodegas Fernando Castro has stood out in this new edition, achieving two new medals for its medal panel. The first one went for Viloria Gran Reserva, while the second went for Cultura Vini Gran Reserva. The GM at the cellar, Fernando Castro, highlights “the importance of this recognition, since these awards create a trend in the Japanese market, guiding consumption patterns in Asian countries.”
