Tasting notes: Minimum 36 months, at leas 12 months of which have been spent in oak barrels with a maximum capacity of 225 liters and the rest of the period until 36 months in bottle. Russet ruby colour. Toasted aroma with torrefaction notes and mature end. The mouth is spicy, meaty with melted soft oak tannins, and somewhat blended.
Best served with: Smoked and roast meats. Serving Temperature: 16 ºC - 18 °C. To decant before serving.
